Order Status / Tracking

You will receive order status from via email information that you provided during the checkout process. Tracking number for your purchase will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can also login to your account at to view your recent orders and the status of them.


Change or Adjusting Order

Most times orders cannot be changed or adjusted once the order has been processed which generally takes one to two business days. If you have made an error during your order and you need to make changes to your order contact immediately following your order.

Obtain another copy of my purchase invoice

After each purchase from you will receive a purchase invoice that will be sent to your email address that you have provided. If you lost or never received an invoice for your purchase, you may log into your account at and “View Your Order / Billing History”. From there you may print another copy of the invoice by selecting the order number associated with your purchase.


How to reset your password

If you forgot your password, to request a new ONE TIME use only password via email, please go to the account login tab located at the top right corner of home page. From that you may enter your email address under the “Forgot Your Password” topic, and then click the 'Request a New Password' button. You will shortly receive a temporary password that will be sent to your registered email address. You will then have to immediately change this password under the “Account & Contact” tab again after you login with it the one time password you are provided. Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lost your password, the only option is to request a new one time use temporary password and then change your password once you have logged into your account.


Change my email information

To change your email or personal information log into your account LINK. You may change your email information and contact information under the “Account & Contact” info tab. If you have placed an order and have included the incorrect email address please contact so we may send shipping updates to you regarding your order.


Combining orders to save on shipping?

If your order has not been processed by you may contact us and we may be able cancel your two orders and you can then place a single order for all the items you would like to purchase. We cannot cancel your order once it has been processed. Please note some products sells ship from different locations and it is not possible to combine all orders due to product shipping origins.


Missing item in order

Before contacting please verify that you have received each package per tracking number. Some products ship from different locations. It is possible that orders will be received separately and some may be received earlier than others. If you have received each package and are still missing an item please contact customer service at 1-866-942-6349


One Day / Two Day Shipping

At this time BoatLiftandDock is unable to offer expedited shipping methods such as Overnight or 2nd Day service. No orders are shipped from our warehouse on weekends regardless of shipping method. may use either air or ground service to get your items to you within a reasonable time frame.


Out of Stock Items

At we go to great lengths to make sure every product on our site is available. However sometimes we are unable to fill an order due to unanticipated demand for a particular product. If you order a product that is out of stock we will contact you right away and issue you a refund. The refund process typically starts as soon as you are contacted and takes 5-10 business days to get credited back to your account.
