The ShoreStation LTPM808A hydraulic piling mount lift delivers powerful, reliable lifting performance using ShoreStation’s proven hydraulic technology. Designed for demanding marine environments, this system provides smooth, controlled lifting while eliminating the complexity and wear associated with traditional winch-driven systems.

Unlike conventional gear plate or cable-winder lifts, ShoreStation’s hydraulic design pulls cables rather than winding them, dramatically reducing cable fatigue, fraying, and mechanical stress. The result is exceptionally stable, synchronized lifting performance with minimal long-term maintenance.

This modern lift system integrates ShoreStation’s Controller 6.0, providing advanced wireless operation, intelligent lock states, battery monitoring, and enhanced user control via keypad, remote, and Bluetooth connectivity.

The system also reduces the risks associated with underwater AC power cables by utilizing low-voltage DC power and hydraulic lift tubes. The biodegradable hydraulic fluid is engineered for marine use and helps protect both equipment and the surrounding environment.

HYDRAULIC LIFTING PRINCIPLES

The ShoreStation hydraulic system uses a tandem hydraulic pump to deliver equal fluid volume to both lift cylinders. This balanced hydraulic circuit produces synchronized lifting motion that automatically maintains the platform level without requiring dual motors or manual adjustment.

Rather than wrapping cables around a winding drum, ShoreStation cylinders pull stainless steel cables across large-diameter sheaves. This design eliminates cable overwind risks, reduces mechanical fatigue, and significantly improves long-term reliability.

POWER SYSTEM & PERFORMANCE

The lift operates on a 24V DC system powered by two 12V marine deep cycle batteries wired in series. This configuration allows the hydraulic power unit to deliver high-torque lifting performance while avoiding costly AC electrical installations.

Optional solar charging systems and battery maintenance solutions help maintain consistent battery performance throughout the boating season.

BUILD YOUR HOIST PACKAGE

This unit can be customized in various ways to suit your application. The base unit includes two 158" hydraulic lift tubes, a tandem hydraulic power unit enclosed in a powder-coated aluminum housing, one dockside rocker switch, two wireless remotes with lockout function, two battery boxes, wire harnesses, and a power cord.

ALUMINUM CRADLE PLATFORM: 

Straight Tube Platform Kit 168"W x 132"L - PLF168-132A – All-aluminum straight beam front and rear cradle beams and front-to-back straight spreader tubes. Platform measures 168" wide with a cable spread of 132".

BOAT SUPPORT OPTIONS: This model can be equipped with hull support options. Choose from a single or dual set of ShoreStation 14' Ultra Bunks.

STANDARD 14' ULTRA BUNKS - HA-0350 – This configuration is well suited for single-hull designs including flat bottom, round bottom, and deep-V hull designs. The Ultra Bunk includes two individual aluminum extrusion bunk rails covered with a non-abrasive vinyl. Ultra Bunks are maintenance free and do not trap lake sediment like older-style carpeted lumber bunks.

DUAL 14' ULTRA BUNKS - HA-0350 – This configuration is well suited for pontoon and some cathedral hull designs. The Dual Ultra Bunk kit includes two sets of 14' aluminum extrusion bunk rails covered with a non-abrasive vinyl. Ultra Bunks are maintenance free and do not trap lake sediment like older-style carpeted lumber bunks. When installed, each set of bunks is located to the exterior of the cradle and is designed to support the underside of the toons.

TOONRAIL 2.0 WITH MOTORSTOP – HA-0341 – Designed for pontoon and tritoon boats, this rack-style support system lifts from the deck frame and includes an integrated motor stop for added protection during loading.

PONTOON ULTRA BUNK & GLIDERAIL GUIDE KIT – HA-0224 – Designed for pontoon and tritoon boats, this kit includes two Ultra Bunk assemblies with integrated side guide rails. The bunks mount to the outer edges of the cradle to support the underside of pontoon tubes. Custom bunk brackets secure to a 16.5' side-loading guide that acts as a parking assist. Please note: When using this kit, installation of additional loading guide options may be limited.

LOADING GUIDE OPTIONS: Loading guides are optional accessories that can be added to your hoist at any time. They are highly recommended for rough and windy areas or for inexperienced drivers. They are designed to assist with launching and parking by providing a guide aid to help keep the boat centered within the hoist frame.

148" GLIDEPOLE PILE POST GUIDE - HA-0190 – Secures to your entrance pilings to provide a visual aid when centering and landing your boat on the lift.

10' FRONT POST UPRIGHT GUIDES - HA-0316 (Compatible with PLF168-132A platform) – Helps keep the boat’s bow centered when loading in high wind or waves. Mounts on the front or rear cradle tube to provide full adjustability for a perfect fit.

POWER OPTIONS: FlexPower® is a unique power system that provides maximum power to the lift without costly electrical installations or modifications. The owner can use an existing 120V, 50 or 60 Hz AC circuit with the use of a battery tender to supply the system, or opt for a 24V DC solar charging option. With solar charging, the batteries receive a maintenance charge during hours of sunlight to help support lift operation throughout the day.

24V SOLAR CHARGING SYSTEM – Includes a complete 24V solar panel with mounting hardware. Designed for two 12V batteries wired in series (batteries not included). When installed, the solar charging kit provides a maintenance charge during hours of sunlight.

OPTIONAL LIFT TUBE HANGER KIT: Hanger kits are used to secure each of the two hydraulic lift tubes to your existing pilings. This unit comes standard with a Top Mount Hanger. Optional side hanger kits are available for mounting the lift tubes to the side of the pilings.

SIDE MOUNT HANGER KIT – Includes a four-piece hanger bracket kit designed to secure the lift tubes to the side face of existing pilings. Brackets are supplied with stainless and brass fasteners.

HYDRAULIC EXTENSION HOSES: One of the unique features of this hoist is that the hydraulic pump can be stored in a location of your choosing. Once the pump location is selected, it is simply a matter of connecting the hose sets between the pump and the lift tubes. ShoreStation offers standard hose sets that are fitted and ready for quick connection. Each hose kit includes two hoses of your selected length. Choose from 5', 10', 15', 20', 40', or 60' hose sets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This product requires LTL freight delivery or approved local pickup. Assembly and installation are required. ShoreStation recommends installation by qualified marine contractors experienced with hydraulic lifting systems and piling-mounted structures.

Proper battery configuration, hydraulic hose routing, and fluid selection are critical for correct system performance. Always review ShoreStation installation and safety documentation prior to operation.
