Using a manual winch and roller-guided track system, the Alumidock Modular Kayak Launch eliminates heavy lifting while protecting your kayak during use. HOW THE MODULAR SYSTEM WORKS

Each Alumidock Kayak Launch System is built using three primary sections:

• Starter Section (Required)
• Center Section(s) (Required – expandable)
• End Section (Required)

Every system requires at least one Starter Section, one Center Section, and one End Section. Additional Center Sections can be added to extend the overall length of the system, allowing you to customize the launch to match your shoreline and water access needs.

Starter Section (Shore Connection)

The Starter Section serves as the upper anchoring point of the system and is where operation takes place. It establishes alignment and provides the control point for launching and retrieving your kayak.

Center Section

The Center Section forms the main track of the kayak launch as it extends down the incline. These sections are repeated as needed to achieve the desired overall length.

• Crossmembers are covered with PVC to protect the kayak hull
• Each section is 8 feet in length and can be added as needed
• Optional legs available for longer or elevated installations

End Section

The End Section is the bottom portion of the system where the kayak is loaded and unloaded at the water’s edge.

EASY TO USE

The kayak launch is designed for simple, controlled operation from start to finish. Begin by securing your kayak to the system and positioning it on the track, resting on the PVC-covered crossmembers. Using the manual winch, you can smoothly lower the kayak down the system with minimal effort. Once it reaches the water, disconnect and launch. When finished, simply reconnect the kayak and use the winch to guide it safely back up the incline or seawall.
