The 6,500 lb. Deluxe Gear Plate Assembly – 1/2" Aluminum is a heavy-duty drive system designed for maximum strength and durability in flat-plate boat hoist applications. Capable of lifting up to 6,500 lbs (straight line) when paired with a 1 HP HD motor, this assembly has been proven in BH-USA flat plate hoists for over 15 years. It utilizes a 96:1 cast iron worm gear and bronze worm drive to deliver smooth, reliable lifting performance while eliminating steel-on-steel contact to reduce wear and extend service life.
