CARRIAGE AND RAILS
Rail construction consist of 4" tall structural "C" channel. The unit will come standard with (4) 9 ft rail track sections, providing a 36'' rail system once assembled. Additional track can be purchased separately to extend the system length. Each rail section connects with specially formed brackets. The rail wheels have been machined with solid aluminum, and feature bronze bushings that roll on grade 8 axle bolts that are greaseable
The carriage has been designed with a retaining system to prevent the carriage from accidentally being kicked of the track or rolling off the end of the track. With two fully welded ends that are connected by bolt-in channels the carriages can accommodate any of the offered Roll-n-Go bunk systems.

This hoist can be equipped with the following winch options, choose from a manual operation winch or a motorized winch system.
Option 1 - Manual Dutton Lainson 2500 - Standard Mechanical Hand Crank Winch. Includes 50 ft of cable.
Option 2 - Lift Tech Marine LT-AC100 Remote Controlled Motor. AC 110v powered Direct Drive Motor with wireless remote controls and key box operation. Motor unit is mounted to standard Dutton Lainson 2500 mechanical winch winch. Includes 50 ft of cable.
Option 3 - Lift Tech Marine LT-DC100 Remote Controlled Motor. DC 12v / 24v powered Direct Drive Motor with wireless remote controls and key box operation. Motor unit is mounted to standard Dutton Lainson 2500 mechanical winch winch. Includes 50 ft of cable.
9-Foot Track Section - Extend the railway system with an 9-foot track extension.
20 Watt Solar Charging System - 20 Watt solar charging kit for DC powered motor systems. Includes pre-wired panel, mounting arm and bracket and group 24 plastic battery box (requires 12v battery, not included).
Angle Connector - The angle connector replaces straight connectors and creates a 7.5 degree angle for following terrain.
Leg Kits - Leg kits are available in 1.5'' or 3'' versions. They are used when your system needs to span over rough terrain and using blocks is not practical. Leg kits come with footplates and installation hardware.
This product requires LTL freight delivery. Product assembly is required. It is recommended that this unit be assembled by experienced contractors, or those experienced in boat hoist assembly and installation. Improper assembly and maintenance may void factory warranties. It is important to review and examine all assembly/use instruction guides prior to operation.
