The bolt-together aluminum construction provides superior environmental endurance and eliminates the need for aluminum welds while improving overall strength and stability.

PROPRIETARY LIFTING PRINCIPLE

Load Equalization

ShoreStation lift design promotes level lifting that equalizes the load across the entire structure, reducing stress on the lift and its components. Unlike other “V-frame” lifts, ShoreStation lifts feature a horizontal lift tube that creates two lifting points, distributing the weight for smooth, trouble-free operation. Custom-shaped sheaves “crowd” the cable system (illustrated below in “Image 1”) to keep cables properly aligned even when slack occurs.

The “V” shape of the platform allows for operation in shallow water and provides easier centering. The lift raises and lowers vertically, eliminating torque that can fatigue and weaken the structure. In the “up” position, there are no moving parts left in the water, which minimizes corrosion.

These lifts feature large-diameter stainless steel lift cables operating over large-diameter sheaves with self-lubricating GARMAX® bushings. The simple design ensures no cable-to-cable contact (illustrated below in “Image 2”), eliminating the possibility of cables binding or damaging each other.

BUILD YOUR HOIST PACKAGE

This ShoreStation hoist can be equipped for virtually any watercraft style and a wide spectrum of lakefront conditions. With a variety of accessory options, the unit can be configured to suit your needs. While choosing your hoist configuration, please review the following options that this unit can be equipped with. These options are selected above and allow you to configure the hoist to your specific requirements.

EXTENSION LEG OPTIONS: Freestanding lifts such as this model utilize four independently adjustable legs inserted into the corner columns of the hoist. When installed, they allow you to adjust the height of the lift at each corner to achieve a level platform. Each leg features a large base pad that rests on the lake bottom.

20" ADJUSTABLE LEGS – Standard leg extensions providing 20" of vertical adjustment. Suitable for water depths up to approx. 4 ft.

40" ADJUSTABLE LEGS – Longer adjustable leg extensions for deeper water, offering up to 40" of vertical adjustment. Suitable for water depths up to approx. 5.5 ft.

BOAT SUPPORT OPTIONS: This hoist can be equipped with a variety of support hardware options. The following options are designed for specific watercraft hull styles. Boat support kits include complete hardware assemblies that mount to the moving cradle of the lift and support your boat.

10' ULTRA BUNKS – Suited for single-hull designs including flat-bottom, round-bottom, and deep-V hulls. Ultra Bunks feature aluminum extrusion rails covered with non-abrasive vinyl. They are maintenance-free and do not trap lake sediment like older carpeted bunks.

PONTOON TANDEM ULTRA BUNKS – Suited for pontoons and some cathedral hull designs. Includes two sets of aluminum extrusion bunk rails covered with non-abrasive vinyl. Each bunk set is positioned to support the underside of the toons.

PONTOON ULTRA BUNK & LOADING GUIDE KIT – Designed for pontoons and tritoons. Includes two 15' Ultra Bunk assemblies with integrated side guide rails providing better guidance than traditional pontoon racks or dual bunk setups. Bunks are maintenance-free and positioned to support the underside of the toons. The system includes a 15' side loading guide for improved alignment. Note: When using this kit, compatibility with other loading guide options is limited.

PONTOON ULTRA BUNK & GLIDERAIL KIT – Suited for pontoons and tritoons. Includes two 15' Ultra Bunk assemblies with integrated guide rails for enhanced centering assistance. Ultra Bunks are maintenance-free and mounted to support the underside of the toons. Custom brackets attach to a 16.5' tapered-end Gliderail system that aids parking. Note: Limited compatibility with other loading guide options.

TOONRAIL  – Suited for pontoons and most tritoons. The 3-in-1 under-deck lift support with integrated motor stop and load guides is economical and maintenance-free. The contoured poly-covered tubes both guide the pontoon into the lift and support it by simply lifting under the deck inside the outer tubes.

LOADING GUIDE OPTIONS: Loading guides are optional accessories that can be added at any time. Highly recommended for windy or rough conditions, or for less experienced operators. These guides aid in both entering and parking your boat by helping keep it centered within the hoist frame.

GLIDEPOLE CORNER POST GUIDE – Pivots on the lift’s corner to provide a visual aid when centering and landing your boat. Fully adjustable inward, outward, and vertically.

158" GLIDERAIL CENTERING GUIDE – Features a unique extended-flare design for easier entrance into the lift during wind and waves. Fully adjustable horizontally and vertically for a precise fit.

FRONT POST UPRIGHT GUIDES – Keeps the bow centered when landing in wind or waves. Mounts to the front cradle tube and offers full adjustability.

SPRING-LOADED CENTERING GUIDE – The flex-action of these guide posts makes loading your boat easier than ever. They self-adjust as the boat enters, keeping the hull centered for consistent, trouble-free loading.

FOUR POST FOAM CENTERING GUIDE – A traditional ShoreStation centering system mounted at the four corners of the lifting platform. Features four soft upright posts that help position and center your watercraft.

MOTOR & BOW STOP OPTIONS: Motor and bow stops provide an additional parking aid by preventing the boat from “overshooting” the correct position. These options are not suitable for all watercraft styles.

MOTOR STOP – Mounts to the stern-end rack beam to help stop your watercraft and prevent overrunning the lift.

BOW STOP – Helps bring your boat to a consistent stopping position. Padded contact points prevent the boat from overrunning the lift.
