REPLACEMENT VIBO CANOPY COVERS

Choose from four material options: Shelter-Rite®, Shoretex Elite®, HarborTime Edge®, and RECwater®. Each canopy cover is available in a variety of color options. Canopy Frame Not Included. Measuring assistance is provided below.

SIZE OPTIONS

When ordering your canopy cover, please select the appropriate size for your specific canopy frame from the "Canopy Cover Size Selector" dropdown above (located directly below the product title).

• Vertical valance length: 10" (drop distance measured from bottom of frame rail)

SHELTER-RITE® QUALITY VINYL

Shelter-Rite™ is an American-made premium vinyl known for its durability and performance in the marine industry. Weighing 18.8 oz, it features heat-welded seams for added strength and a smooth matte finish for easy cleaning. Available in 11 colors.

SHORETEX ELITE™ MARINE CANOPY FABRIC

Shoretex Elite™ is the newest generation solution-dyed polyester marine fabric engineered for superior performance and longevity. Designed as a stronger and more durable upgrade to standard polyester fabrics, Shoretex Elite™ features an eco-friendly, PFAS-free finish and a robust urethane backing that significantly enhances water repellency. This fabric delivers excellent UV defense, mold and mildew resistance, and outstanding tear and abrasion durability — making it an ideal choice for waterfront environments.

HarborTime® Edge is a 12 oz fabric featuring Perfecta Marine technology for superior heat reflection and UV protection. Made from coated polyester, it resists abrasion and maintains its shape for a consistent fit. Available in 10 colors.

RECWATER® MARINE CANVAS

RECwater™ is a top-tier marine-grade material, starting with a premium 19 oz commercial-weight solution-dyed acrylic fabric. The fabric undergoes a "Blade Over Roller Coating" process where molten vinyl is evenly applied and cured, creating a strong bond to the fabric. Available in 7 colors.

QUICKLASH CANOPY ATTACHMENT SYSTEM

When you order a new replacement canopy cover, we include bungee attaching hardware so that you can secure the cover to your canopy frame. Below is an overview of the attachment system used with the cover options described above.

The Quicklash canopy attachment system provides a user-friendly, easy-to-install design with increased strength and durability over traditional attachment systems. Sewn into the interior of the cover, Quicklash is a fabric strip with reinforced lacing holes that eliminates the need for grommets to secure the canopy. The Quicklash webbing is reinforced with Armor Bar, a high-tenacity polyester yarn that provides increased tear resistance and strength.

The 2-1/8" wide Quicklash webbing allows for quick and customizable installation with 1" lacing holes spaced every 3". The canopy cover is secured utilizing the Quicklash webbing and supplied bungees. The 1/4" stretchable, nylon-covered rubber bungees connect to any of the 1" lacing holes and then are secured to each specified attachment point on the existing canopy frame. Once all bungees have been installed, even tension is created around the perimeter of the canopy frame, keeping the cover secure and in place.

VIBO CANOPY FRAME MEASURING ASSISTANCE

Refer to the image below for guidance on measuring your canopy frame to determine the appropriate cover size. Vibo frames feature flat-faced ends and square tubing, consisting of two side frames and two end frame weldments bolted together at the center.

• Length Measurement: Measure the total frame length along the edge.
• Width Measurement: Measure the inside width of the lower canopy rail on a centerline from left to right.

Important Note: Canopy covers are custom and built to order; each is specific to the frame make and size. It is important that the correct make and size canopy cover is ordered. Canopies returned due to incorrect size or make ordering errors are subject to restocking fees and, in some cases, may not be returnable. If replacing an existing cover, check for a canopy tag for size information or contact the canopy frame manufacturer.
