Module #2 – Sloping Section without Legs

Sloping Section without Legs is used when the ramp section can be supported by adjoining QRamp modules rather than direct ground contact. It forms a continuous inclined surface between platforms or between a platform and a sloping section with legs, maintaining a smooth, uninterrupted ramp run. Sloping sections without legs are typically used in longer ramp systems, elevated runs, or multi-section configurations where intermediate ground support is not required, helping maintain clean sightlines and a streamlined appearance while meeting accessibility slope guidelines.

Module #3 – 4’ x 4’ 90 Degree Turn Platform

The 4′ x 4′ 90-Degree Turn Platform is used to change the direction of the QRamp system while maintaining a level, stable surface. This module allows the ramp to turn 90 degrees without interrupting accessibility, making it ideal for installations where space constraints prevent a straight ramp layout. The 4′ x 4′ platform provides adequate room for safe maneuvering and smooth transitions between ramp runs. It is commonly used in L-shaped or switchback configurations, at mid-ramp direction changes, or where property boundaries, landscaping, or building features require the ramp to follow a specific path while remaining safe and code-compliant.

Module #4 – Entry/Exit Section

Entry/Exit Section is used at the beginning or end of the QRamp system to create a smooth, safe transition between the ramp and the surrounding surface or building entry. This module ensures users can enter or exit the ramp without abrupt changes in height that could cause discomfort or create a trip hazard. The entry/exit section is typically installed at ground level, door thresholds, or connecting surfaces where a gradual transition is needed. It improves usability for wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers while providing a clean, finished interface between the QRamp system and the existing site conditions.

Module #4V2 – Extended Entry/Exit Section

The Extended Entry/Exit Section is designed to provide a longer, more gradual transition at the beginning or end of the QRamp system. It is used where additional run length is needed to ease the change in elevation between the ramp and the ground or building entry. It is commonly used at ground-level approaches, door thresholds, or locations where site conditions or accessibility requirements call for a smoother, more forgiving transition while maintaining a clean, finished appearance.

Module #6 – Transition Plate

Transition Plates are used to create a smooth, flush connection between the QRamp system and an adjacent surface such as a doorway threshold, platform, or ground surface. It helps eliminate small gaps or abrupt elevation changes that could interfere with wheels or create a trip hazard. This module improves comfort and safety for wheelchair users, mobility scooters, walkers, and caregivers by ensuring a clean, continuous transition onto or off of the ramp. Transition plates are commonly used at building entrances, platform connections, and ground contact points to provide a finished, user-friendly interface between the ramp system and existing surfaces.

Module #7 – 1’ Bridge Section

The 1′ Bridge Section is used to span small gaps or connect QRamp components where a short, level transition is required. This module provides a stable bridging surface between adjacent ramp sections, platforms, or structural elements while maintaining a continuous walking path.

Module #7B – 1’ Bridge Section with Legs

The 1′ Bridge Section with Legs is used to span small gaps while providing independent ground support where additional stability is required. This module offers the same short, level bridging surface as the standard 1′ bridge section but includes adjustable support legs for direct load transfer to the ground. It is commonly used in situations where adjacent ramp sections or platforms cannot fully support the bridge span on their own, such as uneven terrain, longer unsupported runs, or transitions near grade changes.

Module #8 – 5’ x 5’ 90 Degree Turn Platform

The 5′ × 5′ 90-Degree Turn Platform is used to create a larger, level turning area within the QRamp system while allowing the ramp to change direction by 90 degrees. This expanded platform provides additional maneuvering space, making it ideal for users who require more room to turn or reposition mobility devices. It is commonly used in commercial applications, public facilities, or residential installations where accessibility guidelines or user comfort call for a larger landing area. The 5′ × 5′ size supports safe transitions between ramp runs, accommodates power wheelchairs and scooters, and helps maintain code-compliant layouts in L-shaped or switchback ramp configurations.

Module #9 – 4’ x 4’ Straight Resting Platform

The 4′ × 4′ Straight Resting Platform is used to provide a level resting area along a straight ramp run without changing direction. This module allows users to pause, regain balance, or reposition mobility devices while remaining aligned with the ramp’s path. It is commonly installed within longer ramp systems to improve comfort and usability, especially where extended slopes are required.

Module #10 – 5’ x 5’ Straight Resting Platform

5′ × 5′ Straight Resting Platform is used to provide a larger, level resting area along a straight ramp run without changing direction. The increased platform size offers additional space for maneuvering, stopping, or repositioning mobility devices, making it especially useful for power wheelchairs and scooters. This module is commonly used in longer ramp systems, commercial installations, or locations where accessibility guidelines or user needs call for a more generous landing area.

Vertical Guardrail System

The QRamp Vertical Guardrail System provides integrated edge protection along sloping ramp sections, whether supported by legs or adjoining modules. It attaches directly to ramp legs or sidewalls at designated mounting points to ensure strength, proper alignment, and a clean, uniform appearance. Vertical spindles are secured between upper and lower guardrails to form a rigid, evenly spaced barrier that helps prevent roll-offs while maintaining open sightlines. Designed to install cleanly and remain permanently in place, the vertical guardrail system complements the architectural look of the QRamp system in both residential and commercial environments.

Mid Rail System

The QRamp Mid Rail System is an optional safety upgrade that installs between the upper handrail and the lower portion of each ramp or platform module. Adding this intermediate rail reduces the open space within the guardrail assembly by approximately half, providing increased containment and an added layer of protection for users. The mid rail attaches using self-drilling fasteners and integrates seamlessly into the existing guardrail structure, becoming a permanent safety enhancement. Designed to match the proportions and finish of the QRamp system, the mid rail improves safety while maintaining the ramp’s clean, refined appearance.
