Overview Specifications Requirements Reviews Q & A

The Lakeshore LSV50120B vertical pontoon lift is designed to be easy to assemble, use and service. This lift also features fewer bolts and easy to change cables and sheaves

KEY FEATURES

  • 5000 lb. Max Lifting Capacity
  • 120" Max Beam (inside width - upright to upright)
  • 54" Lift Height (actual cradle travel)
  • Pontoon Rack
  • 98% Aluminum (zinc plated fasteners)
  • 36" Telescoping Adjustable Legs
  • Galvanized Winch Cable for Strength (stainless available upon request)
  • 2 Year Mechanical and 10 Year Structural Limited Warranty

Lakeshore has re-designed the winch on all their vertical lifts, now featuring an extra large drum that reduces wear on the cable and makes the lift easier to crank.

36" adjustable legs because lake bottoms are almost never perfectly flat. The legs may be removed for shallow water applications.

Solid brass pulleys, they are expensive but worth it. Brass is the best combination of high strength and low cable abrasion. It will not corrode and lasts a lifetime.

The large pads or feet on this unit allow it to be moved across many different surfaces and lake bottoms without snagging or digging in.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For questions like 'How to choose the correct lift for my boat?' or 'How to find the weight of your boat?' please reference our learning center FAQ here. The questions below are questions that have been asked by customers about this lift or similar lifts

What if my boat is heavier than the weight classification of the lift?

  • Boat lifts are overloaded during manufacturer testing, However it is strongly recommended that you follow the weight ratings. Overloading the boat lift will void any manufactures warranty.

How long would it take to assemble this lift?

  • Assembly is not too bad...the lift is shipped knocked down enough for us to ship it on a 4'x10' pallet. It is mainly extrusions and i-beams. There is no measuring involved and a limited amount of tools;
    • 2 - 9/16" wrench and/or socket
    • 2 - 3/4" wrench and/or socket
    • Flat head screw driver
    • Crescent wrench and Pliers
    • Tape measure to square
    • Gloves and safety glass
  • Most of the work constructing the lift is connecting pieces with bolts and nuts. First time builders average approximately 4 hours to build.

How long will it take me to build a new boat lift?

Can the wheel be placed on either side of the lift?

  • The wheel and winch can only be installed on one side, the winch post side. The way the cables are run through the lift only allow the winch to be mounted on the one post.
  • If you need the wheel on a certain side of your dock, simply spin the lift around and adjust the bunks accordingly. There is no front or rear on the lift.
