The SportPort Floating Jet Ski Dock is one of the easiest ways to store your jet ski, Sea-Doo, PWC or even Kayak. The SportPort keeps your craft up and out of the water and unlike other boat lifts and docking systems, they are maintenance free. These units also have a foam filled core that helps with stability and makes the platform truly unsinkable!

The SportPort's modular design allows you to customize the configuration or layout to your specifications. You can expand or modify the system to accommodate new or additional water crafts very easily.

This style of dry docking makes inspecting and maintaining your watercraft much easier, avoid wearing down zincs and keeps you from exposing your hull to possible hull damage.

The modular design is the standard in the industry and allows your system to change with your needs by simply reconfiguring the components to accommodate a multitude of vessel sizes and shapes. The large foam cored panels provide an excellent safety factor and stability under foot.

The patent pending chine design allows for easy launching of the heaviest PWC’s without the need for rollers that fail and require maintenance. The substantial non-skid deck pattern provides safety yet allows water to drain to maintain a clean look.

How do I get my Jet Ski or PWC on and off of the SportPort?

Slowly approach the SportPort until the PWC touches it. Then ease into the throttle until the PWC moves up and onto the SportPort. To launch the PWC just slide it backward a foot or two. When you climb on the PWC it will slide off. If that’s too much work for you, you can get one of our winch assist systems and make it even easier. This process is made even easier when you apply some silicon spray to the edge of the chines where they contact the PWC.

Can I leave my SportPort in the water year round?

Shifting ice is the issue here. It can wreck docks and even sea walls. Keep in mind when “the other guys” who say you can leave it in the water all winter, warranty only against “manufacturers defects”. Make good choices. We recommend that if your water freezes solid; remove the SportPort for the winter. Never drag your SportPort over gravel or other sharp objects. SportPort Docks can be stored outdoors.

Maintaining your SportPort

SportPort Docking Systems are made of a polyethylene that is softer than the fiberglass /gel coat on the hull of your boat. Be sure to keep the surface of your SportPort clean & free of marine growth, sand or grit that may scratch the hull of your boat or PWC. Since there are no moving parts that require upkeep, the only maintenance that you need to do is to keep the SportPort clean and free of marine growth or grit. Hosing your SportPort off & an occasional swipe with a boat brush is all that is required! For stubborn stains a mild cleaning agent can be used along with a power washer if convenient. Algae growth at the waterline is normal; it will not harm the SportPort Dock.

What about Bottom Paint?

The SportPort Docking System eliminates the expense & hassle of using bottom paint on your boat. Your boat or PWC will be High & Dry on the SportPort! Boats hold their value better if they do not have bottom paint also. Bottom paint on your boat will make it more difficult to launch and load as well.
