Hydraulic Boat Lift Priority One: Smart Design!

With the simple push of a button the Unique Tandem Hydraulic System delivers equal volume to both cylinders, resulting in synchronized lifting that automatically keeps the lift platform level. Eliminating the need for dual motors or manual adjustment.

In comparison to traditional piling mount hoists that use cable winders that over short periods of time cause cable fraying and break the ShoreStation hydraulic system utilizes hydraulic cylinders to pull cables over large diameter self lubricating pulleys. The use of the hydraulic cylinders rather than cable winders eliminates the possibility of cable overwind or unspooling. This allows ShoreStation to offer a industry leading 15-year cable warranty.

 

 

Does Speed Matter? If so, the Shore Station boat house lift provides an 8'' lifting height in less than one minute. If you only need to raise your boat a few feet, it is up in 20 seconds. This is 4 to 5 times faster than conventional "gear plate" systems, which is very convenient when loading and lifting in windy weather or rough water conditions.

FlexPower® is a unique power system that provides maximum power to the lift without costly electrical installations or modifications. The owner can use an existing 120V, 50 or 60 Hz, A/C circuit with the use of a battery tender to supply the system, or opt for the 20W, 24V DC solar panel. The FlexPower® system has its own list of advantages, with the use of a solar system the battery is constantly taking a charge during hours of sunlight. This provides the lift with the ability of 10-13 uses in one day.

The system’s speed is the result of the battery’s ability to deliver large bursts of power to the power unit without creating a large demand on the power supply. Traditional A/C systems simply cannot reliably produce this speed without large, expensive A/C circuits.

The stainless steel chain extension creates the adjustment for the platform distance. The distance from the lift tubes to the platform will vary in every boat and boat lift installation. The chains provide 4’ of adjustment for this variation and can be ordered in longer lengths if needed.

BUILD YOUR HOIST PACKAGE

This unit can be customized in various ways to suit your application. The base unit includes two 158" hydraulic lift tubes, tandem hydraulic power unit enclosed in a powered coated aluminum housing, one dockside rocker switch, two wireless remotes with lockout switch, two battery boxes, wire harnesses  power cord, and celing mount hanger brackets.

ALUMINUM CRADLE PLATFORM: This unit can be supplied with your choice of two different I-Beam cradle platforms. 

Flat  I-Beam Cradle 138"W x 128"L - PLF138-132 - All aluminum straight I-Beam front and rear cradle beams and front to back straight spreader tubes. Platform measures 138" wide by 128" long.

Flat  I-Beam Cradle 168"W x 128"L - PLF168-132 - All aluminum straight I-Beam front and rear cradle beams and front to back straight spreader tubes. This unit features adjustable end-mount cable brackets. Platform measures 168" wide by 128" long.

BOAT SUPPORT OPTIONS: The following options are designed for particular watercraft hull designs. Boat Support options include complete hardware kits that are mounted to the moving cradle of the lift and are contact and support your boat.

STANDARD 12' ULTRA BUNKS - HA-0212- This configuration is well suited for single hull designs including flat bottom, round bottom, and deep-V hull designs. The Ultra Bunk includes two individual aluminum extrusion bunk rails covered with a non-abrasive vinyl. Ultra Bunks are maintenance free and do not trap lake sediment like older style carpeted lumber bunks. For Pontoon applications two sets of bunks can be used to support each toon. 

LOADING GUIDE OPTIONS: Loading guides are optional accessories that can be added to your hoist at any time. They are highly recommended for those in rough and windy areas or for inexperienced drivers. They are designed to assist with leaving and parking your boat, by providing a "guide" aid to keep you centrally located within the hoist frame.

10'' FRONT POST UPRIGHT GUIDES - HA0170 Only Compatible with Flat Cradle PlatformKeeps the boat''s bow centered when landing in high wind or waves. Mounts on the front or rear cradle tube to provide full adjustability for a perfect fit.

24V SOLAR CHARGING SYSTEM - This option will include a complete 24v solar charging panel with mounting hardware. This setup is designed for a two 12v batteries (batteries not included) that will provide power to your hoist. The solar charging kit when installed provides a trickle charge to the battery during hours of sunlight.

HYDRAULIC EXTENSION HOSES: One of the unique features of this hoist is that the hydraulic motor and pump system can be stored in a location of your choosing. Once your location for the motor and pump is decided, then it just a matter of connecting your hydraulic hoses to the pump and the lifting tubes. ShoreStation offers various standard length hoses that are fitted and ready for quick connection. Each hose kit includes two hoses of your choice in length. Choose from 5'', 10'', 15'', 20'', 40'' or 60'' hose sets.

It is recommended that this unit be assembled by experienced contractors, or those experienced in boat hoist assembly and installation. Improper assembly and maintenance may void factory warranties.
